Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, or defective with all tags attached and accompanied by an original sales receipt. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive a Merchandise Store Credit, or receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise that was originally purchased with cash or check.

For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a Merchandise Store Credit will be issued for the current retail-selling price of the item(s) returned. Valid photo identification is required for all returns without a receipt. Upon receipt of returned goods, Croquis Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
